Our Inspectors
Austin McFeeley
Austin McFeeley has been with Transparent Inspections for over 10 years. In addition to owning Transparent Inspections, LLC, Austin has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington. This unique combination provides a major convenience to both the buyer and the buyer’s agent.
When he is not inspecting houses for our clients, Austin is busy raising three children with his wife, Jillian. Austin has lived in the Puget Sound area for 20 years. He enjoys all sports, especially watching the Seattle Sounders FC.
Adam Montgomery
With years of experience in the construction and residential real estate industries, Adam Montgomery’s background provides a valuable perspective to both buyers and sellers of real estate and their agents. He is committed to providing honest, valuable insights to all of Transparent Inspection’s clients.
When not inspecting homes, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, visiting local breweries or wineries, and enjoying all of the outdoor activities that the Puget Sound region has to offer.

Ginna, our office admin, is a lifelong Edmonds resident and loves being outdoors in the beautiful PNW as much as possible! She is passionate about helping people and loves to serve to the best of her abilities. She enjoys being with friends and family, traveling, and cooking.
