COVID-19 Update for Transparent Inspections, LLC
With the shelter in place order, you may be wondering if you can still have your home inspected. The short answer is yes, however there are a number of regulations for safety and minimization of risk. The state put out a clarification of regulations regarding it that you can read in full here .
However, what it means for you and us is that inspections can be completed, however only two people can be on site at a time. That typically is us as the inspector and the agent. Due to this, we are asking that the client not be present. This does prevent an on-site review which is standard, however we are offering to do this via digital means when able to be scheduled.
As you know, the rising concerns surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) have begun to impact everything, especially in our area. We do not want to take any concerns lightly or dismiss proper procedures, however we feel that our services can continue at this point. This is due to the fact that our services bring us in contact with a minimal amount of people on a day to day basis.
In order to mitigate potential risks we are implementing with immediate effect several new policies that will be in place until further notice. Other current policies are also highlighted as well. This is to keep both clients and our employees as safe as possible.
- Our inspector will be wearing latex gloves inside the home. Please let us know if you have an allergy. We will continue wearing shoe covers as is our company policy.
- Our equipment is being sanitized regularly.
- We will follow all CDC guidelines in addition to the previously mentioned.
Thank you for your business and we continue to look forward to serving you in the future. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via phone, text or email.
